How to Enter:
Anyone making a $50 contribution to The Power of Girls from now until 4:00 p.m. eastern standard time on August 6th, will be automatically entered into this drawing. However, no contribution or purchase is necessary. Entries may be made by calling, submitting, or completing the entry form below.
Eligibility:
Participants must be 18 years of age or older to enter. Employees of The Power of Girls and their respective household or immediate family members are not eligible to enter. All eligibility requirements must be in compliance as determined by The Power of Girls. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited and restricted by law.
Entries:
Each person is limited to one entry. Each entry qualifies for two concert tickets. A valid email and phone number is required by all entrants. All donors who apply at https://www.givebutter.com/beyoncexpog or by completing this contest form during the entry period will automatically be entered into the raffle ticket drawing for this contest. No contribution is required to win. The Power of Girls is not responsible for lost, late, delayed, or ineligible entries or request for entries. The Power of Girls assumes no responsibility for computer system, hardware, software, program malfunctions, or other errors, failures, damages, delayed computer transactions or network connections, whether human technical or otherwise in nature, in conjunction with this contest, participation or in connection with any prize acceptance. The Power of Girls, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person that tampers with the admission process, the operation of the website, or those who are in direct violation of the Official Rules. Entrants agree The Power of Girls has the sole right to decide all matters and disputes arising from this contest and that the decision is final and binding.
Chances of Winning:
One winner and three alternative names will be selected based on a random drawing of raffle tickets. The winner will be notified by telephone, email, or U.S. postal mail. The winner will also be announced live on Sunday, August 6th, at 5:00 p.m. eastern standard time. Should the winner be unable to collect his/her prize, the unawarded prize will be given to the first back-up winner and subsequent back-up winners thereof until the prize is awarded. The winner must provide his/her social security number. Prize materials will be shipped by mail. The chances of winning are contingent upon the number of entries.
Release and Indemnification:
All entrants agree to be bound by the contest rules provided and further agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless The Power of Girls, its licensees, affiliates, successors, and funders, and their respective directors, officers and employees from and against all actions, causes of actions and liability, including attorney’s fees and cost, arising out of or relating to participation in the contest and receipt and use or misuse of the prize awarded. The prize is nontransferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. There can be no substitutions for the prize. The Power of Girls may use the winner’s name for publicity purposes without further compensation. Taxes and expenses that may result are the responsibility of the winner.
Restrictions:
Restrictions may apply. By participating in the drawing, a participant agrees to be bound to the Official Rules, and by all decisions of the contest judges. One entry per person. Anyone who submits multiple entries will be disqualified.
